How shipping works

• Place your order. No payment is taken at checkout.
• We check fitment by Mobis part number or VIN within 1 business day.
• We send the shipping quote and total by WhatsApp or email.
• You confirm and pay by bank transfer. We ship within 2 business days of payment.

Methods

• Air express (DHL / FedEx / EMS): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Sea freight for large or bulk orders: quoted per order.

Costs and duties

Shipping cost depends on weight, size and destination, and is quoted before you pay. Import duties, VAT and customs fees in your country are paid by the buyer unless stated otherwise in the quote.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp once the parcel is dispatched.
