Refund and Returns Policy

Before you pay

Every order is confirmed by part number before payment. Cancel any time before payment at no cost.

Returns

• Wrong part sent by us: we replace it or refund in full, including return shipping.
• Part matches the confirmed part number but you no longer need it: return within 14 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Refund is the part price.
• Electrical parts that have been installed cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective parts

Report defects within 30 days of delivery with photos and the part number. Genuine Mobis parts are inspected before dispatch; confirmed defects are replaced or refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back by bank transfer within 7 business days of receiving the returned part.
